Doubt very much that they would do a reverse split just to get on NASDAQ. That is just a desperation move and as F said likely to fail if it is a despartion move only to get on NASDAQ.

They have the bonafides from everything that we know and this will be proven out in 3-6 weeks.

Once the prototypes are out and the deals are known it is more likely that as they grow they will issue more stock as the price rises. The stock issues will likely be related to partner deals not a need for cash in the early going.
