The Board will have a search and selection committee likely chaired by AM. POET has likely hired a headhunter firm to identify potential candidates. There will be a process for narrowing down said potential candidates for the Board to interview.

There are many many variables at play. It all takes time. (and there really is no "normal" time frame for getting this done)
