Just my opinion, but the short position is so small as to not even worthy of consideration. I also beleive that IBK is the main driver of the company. They saved it from brankruptcy, brought in new management and reamain the second largest shareholder. They brought in PC and he would not do anything significant without their approval. They are the real power behind the scenes. Now that Sheldon is reduced to a minor player and Pinetree will reduce their holdings look to IBK for direction. IMO
