Nice find, JHolmer! Seems the scientists at the University of Minnesota have started to do with black phosphorus what Dr. Geoff Taylor has done with gallium arsenide.
However, Taylor made his first steps some decades ago and is somewhat in front now. His POET technology is production-ready, something the University of Minnesota still has to achieve. I wish them all the best. Will not happen anytime soon, though.
