One would have to believe peter has a pretty good idea of how and what value any stake or partnership should look like, he has some smart people around him and he is a market's guy. Quite frankly I am glad he is at the helm right now as we are looking at the Nasdaq, he of all people should have a good understanding of what it takes to get to the NAS and how it should look.
