Would it be fair to conclude that the exercise of the warrants on or about the London ..European meetings time frame was motivate by discussions with POET mgmt in preparation for the trip.. Late Jan?? Tickets etc. had to be bought. . Who they would be meeting with etc.... positive discussions on route? IB K was privy. Hence the exercise of warrants. Reaching a little... Tpower
