Ok, but to be clear, PNP does not hold enough shares to control PTK.

If some outside interest wanted a bunch of PTK shares, then yes, taking out PNP could be a way of doing it, although it's messy (inheriting all of PNP's other covenant issues).

I would think an under the table trade of some sort would be cleaner.
