I found this list of fabs at wiki, showing wafer sizes and nodes of most or all the foundries in the world.

In deed there are plenty of fabs with a limitation to 200mm, so there is no problem to find production capacities. I am sure all these fabs are waiting for a rejuvenation by Dr. T. and his POET team.

Imagine, most of them are already depreciated. This will give them much more competitiveness than the use of these big wafers.
