Short Interest Slightly Increased

Hi everyone.

The short positions on POET slightly increased by 116,100 to 1,641,300 or 0.93% of total float.

0.93% of total float is not that significant, but it is there nevertheless.

Trading has recently become very tight; which is generally beneficial for short traders, as we wait for news of significance.

Having said that, when news of significance is released, a tight trading environment immediately becomes a short traders nightmare; the squeeze comes into play.

I am sleeping very well at night as I am a long investor in POET and firmly believe that news of significance is very close at hand and our long term investment is solid.

Shorts are playing a very risky and dangerous game at this time; they have made a lot of money shorting this investment over the last 9 months but that method of profit making is soon to come to an absolute end.
