Message: Eventual reduction of 40 nm Poet chip to 28 nm

Question for Ranier, Fairchild, DNML, Oogee and all of those who have the expertise in this field.

Would you have any kind of a ballpark feel of how long it would take to reduce the POET 40 nm chip to 28nm? This would be under an assumption in which they would have a team working on it as they did in getting it down to 40 nm.

Would the smaller foundries have any problems with this adjustment and cost?

Thanks in advance.
