Maple Syrup: Google has served you well today but not to worry the Market will punish the POET Management if they are irresponisble. As always,the Market will deal with and/or absorb moves that make sense in the improvement / growth of the POET position.

I hear you, Maple Syrup, but retailers and institutional investors might have different views on what makes sense. Anyway, I can't change it, so I have to take Peter Copetti at his word: "It is not like we are going out to raise really huge amounts of money. It would be something to keep everybody happy, that’s all."

Well, keeping everybody happy might be an euphemism for keeping everybody equally unhappy – which would be characteristic for a good compromise. We'll see.
