Fairchij: There is no requirement for them to seek shareholder approval for a capital raise.

Now that's interesting, Fairchij! I didn't know that it is possible from a company to have an unlimited number of authorized shares. However, I googled a bit and I am getting the impression that this is something specifically Canadian.
