Has anyone seen ITG buying before? They are a multinational investment research firm, they have offices all around the world, with the head office in New York. Maybe this is a good thing, maybe these guys are coming in to create a position for themselves? Hard to say how much they are looking to absorb but maybe that is what turned things around this afternoon.
