Hogan, I don't so. The trading price is dictated in Canada. There is not enough trading volume in the US to set the price. It was just an anomaly. You can also look at trading in Germany for the same occurances. Earlier this morning in European trading the price was slightly over $1.60. The discrepancy yesterday (I believe) had more to do with a sharp end of the day rally and POETF could not catch up.
