I still think it's an anti-trust issue.

Yes, if POET let it be known that it was for sale then a bidding war would break-out. However, it won't, because it can be so much more. I have to believe that everyone in management knows this.

The shareprice will match any bid offer regardless, so really, it's academic, until the deal is completed.
