Oldgreg: Never heard of diamond being used in semiconductors. This article seems to think this is the way the market is going.

I'm hearing about diamond semiconductors for the first time now. Must be fascinating! I'd like to read more about the physics, however, the article is very thin on the technological side. Alas, it's Wired, not MIT Technology Review!
