Nasdaq Listing?

Hello,

It seems that PTK is trying for a nasdaq listing this year. Doesn't the share price have to be above $5 to do so? I am very bullish on the business, but wondering how they will manage the share price significantly higher in such a short amount of time. Is there a plan for how to accomplish this? What am I missing?
