IMO I don't think that GF would be sitting on it, if they were to be our partner.

Don't forget that they have the location and the money available right now to be launching POET right away.

We always talk about GF being the SECOND largest foundry in the world and when you are sitting in second place there is usually only one thing you really want and that is to become the FIRST.

Ajit already has an impressive legacy behind him but can you imagine the boost he would get by helping GF become #1 while being on the front seat of POET and a advisory for GF?

Just my view on things.
