Given the video and PC & Ajit's statements I am of the view that the 2 components are in the hands of the testers/requesters for their review and acceptance or will be in a week or 2. I also think contracts and precedent agreements were likely in place prior to work commencement on these prototypes. PC would not have been that explicit about the June NASDAQ date with such a short time fuse unless he was 99.9% confident he could deliver.
