This is clearly the handwriting of AM. Common R&D! This is not Fab 2.0, it is even one step further - Fab 3.0.

In addition this approach allowed POET to stay in stealth mode. Instead of announcing NRE of some Million $ they just stated: cooperation with SYNOPSIS and a 3rd party foundry. This is smart!
