I agree wholeheartedly Dood. This goes back to the Empire Club presentation, in my opinion shouldn't these presentations be done by professional marketing companies? Would these people not get the presenters ready in some fashion, to deliver the points you mentioned, so that the participants CAN/WILL take away a definitive message?
