Yeah I picked up on that. Wasn't is something like $500,000 for 40nm GaAs mask set and $10million for Si at 14nm. That's a huge cost saving, and further enhances the chances of integration of GaAs into the market.

Very exciting to see things moving forward like this. NAsdaq by June means an sp of $5 or more for more than 30 days (or is it longer?) Therefore the sp should really start moving very soon to reach that target.
