Actually, with 12.5M shares of POET that institutions are going to want desperately, soon, I would argue they have plenty of leverage. The problem is time is not on their side.

If they want leverage they should get their debenture holders to agree to a 2 month extension instead of this 7 day bs.

They're just shooting themselves in the foot otherwise.
