1,280,000&1,176,000&55,800 shares - exercise of wrts t/o's & issuance of 13,000 & 426,392 & 200,000 & 1,000,000 & 50,000 & 486,000 & 392,000 shares t/o's confirmed through TMX Equity Financial Trust
