Here's an overview of all non-trivial changes between the January and the February version (no. 4 has not yet been mentioned here):

1. "3rd Party Foundry 40/100nm transfer" marked as completed (page 21).
2. "Initial NRE revenues expected to start in 2H2015" instead of "2015" (page 18). Now this is somewhat disappointing!
3. "Market Leaders NRE" no longer on top of the list of the monetization strategy, but on third place behind "Direct Foundry NRE" and "Foundry Design KIT – Flough-through NRE Royalties" (page 18). Seems the exclusivity thing didn't work out yet.
4. POET technology is now described as "ultimately replacing current siliconbased IC devices" instead of "capable of replacing …" (page 3).
