I don't think the analyst was unreasonable in his statements on BNN ... The fact that Sheldon is on POET's board does present a problem for some people. It's also important to note that Jerome said there would be "downward pressure - at least in the short term" on POET's SP in the event that SI/Pinetree was forced to liquidate their holdings. This is merely someone pointing out a possible short-term issue but there is no discussion of anything long-term ... I'm not overly concerned about this clip.
