Why not reveal who this is?

- fab does not want to be associated by name with Poet.......yet

- new Poet CEO may be from their ranks

- knowing fab could reveal what other partners are collaborating in 2.0

- given $$ involved, IP is too sensitive to reveal transition location

- maybe a smaller fab like TSI - and Poet wants everyone to think its the likes of GF

- associated deal must close (eg. IBM/Global) before involvement released publicly
