Your views may indeed be correct but with respect surely this is not a matter for moderators whose primary concern are the six agoracom rules; effectively they are not judges or moderators of POET behaviour, although each will have a view, but of you and I and our submissions and whether they breach the 6 rules or not. I simply cannot see how the submission that upsets you amounts to a breach of Agoracom rules it a point of view not facthowevermuchyou dislike the notion.
