I believe anyone that is not happy with how things are going, thinking they can do better, have only themselves to blame and should have cast their resume into the "looking for new talent" hat long ago. We're all in the audience watching the game and it might not go our way all the time, but everyone remains positive and continues rooting for the team, waiting for the go ahead winning score - except for the proverbial clown seated nearby. Simply put, if you have nothing positive to say, then say nothing!

There's an old Military saying, "Amateurs study with tactics, while professionals study with logistics". IMHO - War is no different to me than Business and possibly a lot more gruesome, "Take no prisoners!"

POET Mangament added Dr. Ajit Manocha, removing all doubt in my mind his purpose is to take on the role of Combatant Commander. When the Combatant Commander puts together his plan to be able to operate in the theatre, he first comes to Transport Command, the wing that informs him of what is possible. With strong logistics, the military planners explore all options in order to execute the plan using the assets that they have. I am sure Ajit was briefed in full by then acting CEO Peter Copetti and was provided all necessary supporting information by Dr. Geoff W. Taylor and his brilliant team of scientists.

In War and in Business the stakes are similarly high, no margin for error - not even in the slightest. IMHO how fortunate we are as share holders, to have Dr. Ajit Manocha working, representing and leading our POET team to the "Promised Land". The "War Plan" is about to unfold, and IMHO you will not be disappointed! To all the "Armchair Generals" that didn't make it to the interview, no need to reply!
