Well, I am not positive but I don't think Sheldon's board position is a paid one. So, it is unclear as to why he would pursue a lawsuit. I believe if Sheldon was requested to step down as a board member of Poet he would do so. He is a large stakeholder in PTK so litigation would not serve a purpose in my eye. In fact, stepping down could help to improve his investment as most shareholders (and future shareholders) may view this move in a positive light. If he does stick around; we are only 6 months from the next AGM, in which case; he could be voted off (as pointed out by Ark88) or simply asked not to return. Either way, it appears that SI's involvement in PKT will be reduced. JMO.
