Now the SP needs 4 times that original valuation for me to achieve the same. Then the100nm project. My understanding is they were asked by a company to do this, then Wham bam thank you man, out comes the 40nm from no where. My thought at that time was the 100nm results were not good enough, then some posters suggested 40nm is the sweet sport.

Aves, in IMHO we should not look back in angst but thank our lucky stars for Major Turning Points in the journey and life of our beloved POET. One of the earlier Turning Points that comes to mind is where Dr. W. Geoff Taylor and his brilliant team of scientists figured out the solar technology and brought about the reversal, forgive my wording, rather of sending electricity to become photons. He dropped that solar technology like a hot potatoe for something even greater. Those types of Turning Points are behind all great inventions we see around today!

Another Turning Point, we have our Director, Dr. Adam Chowaniec. The man travelled some paths before, credited with wonderful technology, without going into specifics, got bruised up on it in more ways than one as the stock sold way under valued, for peniies on the dollar. What a fortune bestowed upon POET and our share holders to acquire a visionaire like Dr. Adam Chowaniec. This is where I understand his influence on our then acting CEO of the day Peter Copetti came up with the monetization strategy and they recognized the value of POET was worth far beyond a McDonalds's hamburger.

So we should all give credit to Peter Copetti as another Turning Point. Would anyone have guessed he had the charm to sway a former CEO of the 2nd largest foundry in the world, with 1000's of employees under his belt to come over to wee little POET with a handful of employees? Bravo Peter!

Now moving forward "The Man" we all know as Dr. Ajit Manocha (currently sharing Executive Co-Chariman with Peter Copetti). The Turning Point is Ajit, he just upped the stakes, raised the bar if you will. Ajit has been charged with the task to deliver our future CEO. There is no doubt in my mind you need not turn to your local Shamam, with his bag of chicken bones to figure out how good and how BIG the news will be.

Oh yeah, not to forget, WHO ARE WE to question whether they build a 40nm IC or any other wazoo high tech thinga ma jig? It's all good, you will be saying "POET been very, very good to me! Very soon I might add!
