Given that BTV, the site off which Black Toad discovered the :15 spot, is a syndicated program that runs on US business TV networks and financial web portals like BNN online, I would suggest that the spot was produced as a lead-in or sign-off for an episode featuring Poet. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if the spot was actually produced by BTV, as they have (easy access to) full-scale facilities and have business orientation and expertise to produce an ad that is this tight - visually and strategically entirely on point. It may well be that this is one of a pool of :15 spots (though I don't believe so), but it certainly would have at least two versions - one tagging POETF, the other for BNN, tagging PTK.

If I am correct, POET will be featured in one, perhaps both. Given that the spot is tagged with POETF it is presumed that it (the program and spot) is meant and scheduled to run on any combination (or all of) FOX Business News, America One Biz Network, American Business Network, or Bloomberg and BNN online.
In either case I would imagine the interview will be with AM, certainly as the lead, as he is quite adept at taking tech-speak and delivering it in a manner to which prospective investors can relate.
And while BTV claims 100 million households - essentially reaching all North American households, don't confuse that with viewership - ratings would be very small, albeit a very targeted audience, not unlike BNN.
If I am correct on these assumptions, there will likely be a NR of larger proportions, of which the :15 spot and BTV participation is a vehicle to begin to carry the message to the market.
(It was likely mistakenly posted on the BTV site early, or done intentionally so that the 'powers-that-be', ie - the BoD as example, were given a preview, with the thought that it's exposure to the relatively few that will have viewed it prior to Monday's 'launch' will in no way damage or influence things prematurely ... and of course perhaps the company probably didn't believe that the Agoracom board would dig this one out - lol.)
