I agree Mack, AM has already run the gauntlet as a CEO of a large corporation and I don't think he is looking for that role again. I think he likes to stay active and enjoys this current role but is not looking for the commitment required of a CEO in an up and coming start up like POET (as exciting as it may be). He is a teriffic asset for PTK non the less and will be very influential to future successes. In addition, a great ambassador for the company and advisor for the incoming CEO.
