You know, if AM were to just keep his role as Exectutive Director and we add a highley qualified new person, at the CEO position, As long as AM is in close proxcimity to our new CEO and as necessary has a mentoring and guidance relationship, I'm ok (I know.... big deal what I think). I think some, out of respect to AM didn't want to differ with the AM as CEO senario I proposed earlier. Anyway, the early moves we make as a company will have long term ramifications. So AM's Guidance will be priceless. But for some reason, I think these guys (BoD) have an aweful lot of this figured out already. From the looks of the short but sweet commercial they made, they know what the have, and fully intend to maximize it. I have full confidence in what the Board decides. Just please keep Dr. Manocha close by.

Who knows, as Old Greg pointed out, if we got another top, very qualified person on board, it may even add to our credibility. I would think Ajits Rolodex has plenty of clients as well as top flight candidates. I've got to keep an open mind for what's best for the company. :-D Looking forward to February developments. GLTA
