Yes, and no. Dr. Taylor made this clear at the Empire Club in response to someone's question about Intel, which drew loud applause. But among the various vertical markets and multiple partnership possibilities (ie:PET vs. POET, foundry-endorsed or IP only and outsourced production, selling exclusive licencing rights to exclude a competitor) I am sure a full buyout from the likes of APPLE may be a consideration.
