Most warrant holders will want at least 5 days to excersie their warrants,... most a little more to be safe...add that to 3 day settlement period ...plus the fact no one wants to leave to the final day to risk to get their price...you'll find anyone who needs to raise cash will have done so now or very soon .....

Much of the warrants that are not excerised are likely covered by cash that simply needs to be sent in...vs to be raised.

We should not feel a warrant overhang will extend right up until expiry date....but it ends much before.
