Will there be a news release in regards to the 3rd Party Foundry 40/100 transfer ? or has it been done already? Thanks for your time.. Robert Rob did you mean transfer in relation to the presentation or licensing and NRE generating transfer? It’s hard to extract from an email. The PR that we released announced the start of the transfer process. So the acceleration process has already begun. Sorry it’s a bit ambiguous I know. As so many of POET’s activities happen in stages and some stages as they advance will lead to revenues once critical mass is reached. Unfortunately only an NRE paying customer truly has the right to determine how much progress is enough to justify revenues.

In the latest Corporate Presentation the 3rd Party Foundry 40/100 transfer is stated as a Technical Milestone which appears, will be completed in Jan. 2015.. I was wondering if there will be a news release when it is achieved ? or has it already been achieved ? Sorry for the confusion.. Thanks for your time ! Robert .............................................................................................................................. Its already in play as per our last update PR. No nre's go with it though. It's a Contractual agreement to accelerate development at the 40nm node.
