Seriouslywtf: I believe the PR can still be disseminated even in times of challenging weather conditions.

Sure, but the POET/fab employees creating the foundation for the PR could be hampered to get to work and complete the 40 nm stuff. (However, if they are hampered to get home, they might achieve their targets even faster. :-))
