Just to complete this issue, I owe you the reply of Richard Patricio, interim CEO of Pinetree:

All warrants are valued at their intrinsic value and to the extent they are ‘in the money’, that value is in the NAV.

So exercising warrants will not change the NAV, but a higher SP will do the job...
