An interesting turn of phase...from the PNP release ..."the trustee and the Debenture holders will refrain from exercising any rights or remedies...". REMEDIES?... Raises the question.. Was their some inappropriate "acts" that may have taken place prior to announcement that needed some form of immunity ? Tpower
