That "notice from Agoracom" you quoted is a default message. A hub leader processing a flagged post finds it in a text box. He has the option to change it but is not required to do so. However, you can be almost 100 percent sure that the message you receive does not really come from "George, Paul and the AGORACOM Team".

I think it would be better if that signature would be replaced by the hub leader's name – without the option to remove or modify it. This would give the poster a clear feedback who processed his post.
