Message: all I know is there is always a buyer for every seller

Turr: I don't think for a minute anyone is panicing but just trying to understand what's happening with share price. Last news release was a great confidence builder and will soon bear fruit I'm sure.

My assumption is that the optimists are already fully invested to whatever their limits are and cannot afford more (at least not much more) → no buying pressure.

The conservative, cautious or skeptical investors are watching POET Technologies from the sidelines. They are not owning any POET shares yet or maybe just small positions. They will buy more, but only if and when the company successfully brings its technology to market → also no buying pressure at this time.

Now this is the scenario the warrant holders are facing. If they don't have enough money to execute their warrants, they will have to sell some shares. And since they really need the money, and they need it immediately, they have no other choice than to accept lower prices. Too bad!

This would change with revenue news resp. revenue-promising news, but if such news won't come until Feb 14th, I'm afraid the selling pressure could continue until then. On the other hand the completion of the lab-to-fab process is announced for January and thus could come anytime. Still on the other hand, POET Technologies is well-known for extending milestone dates and this could happen again, although I doubt it.

Well, we'll see. The technology is sound, the opportunities are extraordinary, and the share price will reflect this in the end and very likely this year – despite any transient fluctuations.
