A young team

I beleive that age is a factor. If POET could get a young manangement team together, PEOPLE that could stay in their position for long period of time would be an increbible PLUS for POET and for all investors..

I think that is exactly why AM did not want to become the CEO. He probably wish to help for a few years a then retire with the joy of seing POET become all of what is taught it could become. IMO
