Some thoughts on personnel matters...

- Three execs stepping down hand in hand at the same time and not one of them providing any information about what's next. Not one of those three. Seems to me like all of them have the same reason to behave in such a way- for example like they will also move hand in hand.

- In my opinion it would be very unusual to incorporate a team of three execs of different function into an existing structure of a running company at the same time. More probably they would move somewhere this structure even has to be established.

- If this was POET, I don' think this at the same time would indicate AMD taking equity stakes since they seemed to be something surprised to the news of today. To me this would rather point exactly in the other direction- not involved in POET's near future.

- For me the joining of AM was the reason to level up my position in POET, but due to his age of 64 it is something tangible that he won't attend the company for a very long time. I think he took the chance to brand his name into the books of history sustaining to unfold the technology of the coming decades. Some younger blood is needed to continue.

- Thinking of Byrne/LaForce/Naik in hypothetical addition to Rory Read could be some of the first of them prior felt no good to me because I consider I will be important to POET to be equipped with first-class contacts to a variety of potential customers, so better diversify the personnel additions. But then I realized no one of them was born at AMD, everyone has gone it's own way before and built it's network, so I would be fine with that.

- It strikes me that at today's point some timelines make a good match: Read stepped down, some months later Byrne/LaForce/Naik step down while POET has recently announced the near engagement of the new CEO and further managerial staff. Even the first big news for the new CEO to proclaim seem to be prepared as the progress to 40nm is scheduled within the end of January.

My tubes are loaded to level up my shares in one more round when the news hit we are hoping for. I expect that for the next week. But I better will be fast then because in that case SP will increase dramatically and very quickly.

Oh man, I'll be skiing in the alps next week with my girlfriend. I already can see myself on the chairlift checking my smartphone every time we go uphill.

She won't be loving it.
