IMO, the wall today at $ 1.35 is to limit the upside as the shorts begin to cover. Since they are not in a hurry to cover, I assume they do not see anything revolutionary near term. Would be nice to catch them off guard but, I am skeptical that it will happen. So far, they have been right.

with that said, the pendulum swings both ways. Now, IF we could do something about the OIL price and the CDN$, I would be happy.
