Essentially I would say that the NDA's already have shown that they supercede the rules of the game.

Poet is currently under NDA's with some "major firms" - do you think the stock price would be affected if they indicated the names of the major firms?

I would say if the public knew the 'major firms' were Apple or Google or Samsung, there would be greater urgency for buyers to accumulate shares.
