CEO Timing

I am intrigued by the bringing forward of the other executive appointments.

In my experience any new CEO to a business usually likes to surround themselves with people they know and trust. I find it slightly at odds that PC would appoint a number of new executives immediately before the new CEO starts.

IMO this could be an indication that the new CEO is already known and actively participating in the selection of his to be future team.
