I would also add that a new CEO will want to surround himself with successful and perhaps familiar team mates. Like building a great sports team you hire a proven President or GM and allow him/her to form their management team with a head coach, assistant coaches, scouts and players. This can not take place without that leader in place. IMO, they are in negotiations with a key individual and are just trying to close out that deal. One might expect this to occur in the next few weeks and other team members announced very shortly after (possibly days after). Many have expected the CEO would need to be in place to steer the ship will his/her flare while major announcements are made. I agree, Poet should have this in place for a consistent direction going forward. This makes sense. We all wanted more and want it now but it is coming. PLEASE sign up our new leader!
