This is exactly what I was hoping for. Shortens the waiting time a gives shorts less rope to play with. I believe a new CEO announcement is very short coming under these assumptions. This renders the previous NEWS release slightly better. Here's to us moving up sooner than later.....for Scary's case as well! We've all been around too long here and should all benefit from the spoils!
