My take on CEO's - they are like roosters. They want to to crow at first light to let the world know that the day is breaking. How would a rooster feel if he/she is kept inside in the dark and let out at noon!? The whole world already knows that it's a great day and so the rooster loses his mojo. CEO news will be first......of course I will qualify this by saying IMO.
